The Grand Elk
Club offers the following Member is a party who is able to partake in all available
amenities at the Grand Elk Club.
Use of the golf facilities without payment
of green fees, but shall pay the applicable dues, golf cart
fees established by the club.
Advance sign-up privileges to reserve golf
starting times.
Access to the clubhouse facilities including
the member-only areas.
Access to the swimming pool & hot tub
facilities.
Access to the alpine club at the Winter
Park ski area.
2 ski passes each year for access to either
the Winter Park ski area or the Sol Vista ski area.
Use of the Grand Elk Marina Pontoon boats,
but shall pay the cost of gas for day use.
Advance reservations on Pontoon boat rentals.
Advance reservations on boat slips, but
shall pay the applicable dues.
100% guaranteed against operating assessments.
Members who own a residence or homesite
in “Grand Elk Ranch & Club” have the opportunity
to arrange for the Club to reissue a Full Membership to
the purchaser of the residence or homesite upon approval
and payment of the then current membership deposit to the
Club.
Club charging privileges.
Guests receive preferred guest fees.
Preferred member rates (discounts) on a
variety of services arranged through the concierge services
provided at the Club.
Opportunity to participate in member programs
and other events and activities held at the Club.
Cost of membership includes an initiation fee and monthly fee.
