Booking Your Event
 
Once you’ve selected your preferred date contact the Grand Elk Golf Course staff at 970-887-9122 or toll free 877-389-9333. Our staff will send you a contract. Your event is finalized when we receive:
  • Signed Tournament Contract
  • 10% Deposit (Check or Credit Card)
  • Your guaranteed number of players is due ten days prior to your event.
