Larry has been in the golf industry for over 39 years as a member of the Grounds Crew, Golf Course Superintendent, General Manager and even a stint as a Nordic Director. Larry is a 4th generation native to Colorado. He is an avid golfer, downhill skier, mountain biker, Nordic skier, tennis player, hiker and anything else to do with the outdoors. Larry attended the University of Massachusetts and majored in turf grass management.

Mike has been the Head Professional at Grand Elk for 12 of the 17 years since opening. He became a PGA Member in 2002 and served his apprenticeship at the Denver Country Club and Boca Woods County Club. He first moved to Grand County in 1982. He serves as the President of Grand Links and is a member of the Grand County Tourism Board.

Tess has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 yrs, working in all areas of food and beverage as well as resort management. A Grand County Native, she has been involved in the community her whole life. She enjoys spending time in the outside with her daughter, in all seasons, skiing, snowmobiling, rock climbing, camping, boating, golfing and everything else Grand Countys outdoors have to offer.

Mike has been in the golf maintenance industry for the past 25 years, including golf course construction and the grow-in of two Nicklaus projects in Nebraska and Oregon, as well as two other grow-in projects in Utah and Texas. Prior to coming to Grand County, he and his family lived in Flagstaff, Arizona where Mike was the golf course superintendent at Aspen Valley Golf Club for seven years. His free time is spent enjoying the outdoors in Grand Countys golfing, fishing, hiking or skiing with his wife and three children.

Daniel has been with Grand Elk for 5 of the last 7 years starting out as a cart attendant. He is currently enrolled as an associate in the PGA PGM program, and assists Head Professional Mike Ritter with Player Development at Grand Elk. Daniel moved to Grand County after attending Lynchburg College in Virginia where he majored in Business Administration.
