General Manager -  Alex Weldon
Alex Weldon from Castle Pines, Colorado. With a deep passion for golf and a dedication to providing exceptional experiences, I have built a career around creating memorable moments for members and guests. Starting my journey in the golf industry at the age of 18, I have amassed a wealth of experience, ranging from mastering the nuances of the golf operation to managing comprehensive food and beverage programs. My love for golf is matched only by my enthusiasm for culinary delights, with a particular fondness for Mexican cuisine. When I am not on the golf course, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. As a proud supporter of all Denver sports teams, I love cheering them on throughout the seasons.
Director of Golf - Alex Romcevich
Alex Romcevich is a Colorado native with a dynamic golf career journey as a green keeper, teaching professional, and business owner. Alex graduated from Regis Jesuit High School and PGCC, bringing a blend of skills and experiences to the table. He is a PGA Associate, TPI Certified, and Trackman Certified Professional. He is an avid enthusiast of rugby, sking, golf, and supporting Colorado’s sports teams. With a strong love of the majestic Colorado mountains, you will often find him with a breakfast burrito in hand, skis on the ski rack, and golf clubs in the trunk. Last year, he and his wife Kate returned to Colorado, eager to reconnect with family, friends, the community, and mountains.
Executive Chef - Bill Gutierrez
Born and raised in Pittsburgh Pa. Attended Penn State University and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. I began my cooking career in local fine dining establishments in and around the Greater Pittsburgh area. I then became a corporate chef for the next 12 years working in Sports & Entertainment for Aramark. Over this period some of my employers included the Pittsburgh Penguins, Atlanta Braves, New York Mets, New Jersey Devils and Tampa Bay Bucs. I also worked at high profile events including numerous Super Bowls, World Series and Stanley Cups as well as Microsoft Worldwide Conventions while living in New Orleans. I relocated to Granby, Colorado in 2019 when I accepted the role of Executive Sous Chef at C Lazy U Ranch where I remained for 5 years specializing in live fire outdoor cooking. In my spare time I enjoy the Colorado outdoors and traveling as much as possible.
