Starting my journey in the golf industry at the age of 18, I have amassed a wealth of experience, ranging from mastering the nuances of the golf operation to managing comprehensive food and beverage programs. My love for golf is matched only by my enthusiasm for culinary delights, with a particular fondness for Mexican cuisine. When I am not on the golf course, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. As a proud supporter of all Denver sports teams, I love cheering them on throughout the seasons.

Mitch brings more than 20 years of experience from some of the country’s most dynamic hospitality markets, including downtown Chicago, Manhattan, and Las Vegas. His background spans restaurants, nightclubs, and bar operations, where he developed a strong reputation for high-level service, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences in fast-paced environments. In 2016, Mitch returned home to Colorado, where he continued his hospitality career working at The Stanley Hotel during the summer season and with Powder Corporation. His diverse experience across both high-energy urban venues and Colorado resort settings allows him to bring a unique balance of professionalism and approachability to Grand Elk. As Food & Beverage Manager, Mitch oversees all day-to-day operations, including menu development, staff training, and event execution. He is committed to delivering a welcoming atmosphere where members and guests can enjoy great food, quality service, and a consistent, elevated experience. Now based in Fraser, Mitch is an empty nester and proud father of four, with his youngest currently in college. Outside of work, he enjoys embracing the Colorado lifestyle and being part of the local community.
